Men + Machine live
Man + Machine is the musical project of Daniel Ágoston, Hungarian DJ, producer, music selector and journalist, who was born in the ‘80s, and early got addicted to post-industrialism, cyberpunk, futurism and neon lights.
With the sounds of Industrial Music, EBM, Metal, Post-Punk, Darkwave and Techno he creates a world between the years he was born and the days he lives in. A world, where passion, sorrow, dreams and violence are transforming into musical aesthetics from time to time.
With an artistic line inspired by darkness and intense emotions, his music can be described as a blend of the sounds of love and death, the sense of joy and rage.
Men + Machine (hybrid/live)
It has never been entirely clear whether the name "Man + Machine" represents one or more individuals. This deliberate uncertainty is further extended with "Men + Machine", which is the hybrid/live version of "Man + Machine", performed on stage with co-producer and collaborator, Barnabas Horvath aka Barnsz – that's why they use the plural form of their stage name.
The Men + Machine project takes a slightly different musical direction than what the audience has come to know from the solo DJ sets. It's much more experimental, slower, and boundary-pushing – yet equally extreme and self-determined.
