
HOTS workshop w/ Hannes Tschürtz & Andreas Jantsch

The international applications of the Hangfoglaló Program are not just a tour but also a career building strategy for the 2019 season, so successful productions can now submit their applications to the College with specific goals and professional backgrounds.
The HOTS - Hungarian Oncoming Tunes second year will ensure market-stimulating, ongoing international presence and new call for proposals, which will support both professional players and the backbone, that will bring available knowledge and thinking that makes bands who want international career to find their own realistic vision.
The second such workshop will be on the Austrian market and Leyya's international success story with two managers with great experience at the A38 Ship's Backstage.
Hannes Tschürtz (Ink Music)
Head of the Austrian Music Fund, Curator of the Poolinale Music Film Festival, university professor who has always been in charge of talent management. His company, Ink Music, was also an Austrian partner of Outbreakers' Lab in the last two years, and while Ink Music became one of the easiest ways to enter the German market, the company expanded its portfolio with publishing and rights management. It is no coincidence that the two most exemplary productions, Leyya and Cari Cari, have been contracted over the past few years, and the infrastructure set up by the company could provide them with international access from Netflix calls to Primavera.
Andreas Jantsch (AT, Las Vegas Records)
Las Vegas Records is a Viennese independent Austrian publisher, which now has an international distribution network, established PR around the world, and also carries out also the Austrian At Pavillon albums besides Léyya. Andreas's presence at the event gives a publishing perspective how an independent record company can contribute to an international success by utilizing networking, conscious planning and marketing opportunities.

The talks will be moderated by Bali David, the leader of HOTS export office. The program is commissioned by MANK - Hungarian Creative Public Nonprofit Ltd. The program is free of charge, but pre-registration is recommended on the A38 Ship website.
