Two amazing female bands with dizzying energies, beauty, charm in one evening!
The HolyChicks:
HolyChicks is a pop-rock band full of chicks operating since 2015. Friendship and career fit together well in the formation: they wrote their first songs on the first rehearsals and have been mutually inspiring and motivating each other ever since. In 2019, they released their first major album, entitled Ezmar, with which they go to clubs and festivals. From the album, the compositions Szabadon és Pillangóhatás became a pull song: the former in the best composer category for the Hungarian Film Award 2020, and the latter also made it to the semi-finals of The Song 2020.
The PinUps:
PinUps is tough as beating the ice and shaking your ass can be just as good as waving your hair or potting until you faint. Their music features the primordial power of classic rock, the simplicity of punk, the landing of the 80s spiced up with hip hop!
The motto of the evening is an old Joan Jett saying, "Rock 'n roll is basically male terrain, but the chicks also have pumpkins, just a little higher, that's all!"
