Lead Zeppelin will be 20 in 2024.
The group of friends, recruited for Jimmy Page's 60th birthday, was brought together in 2003 by the love of Zeppelin's music. That party went so well that they decided to continue interpreting Led Zeppelin's music for the domestic audience. After a few years, the final line-up was formed, which has remained unchanged since 2016: Zoltán Sipeki, Roland Körmendi, Gábor Vörös and Ferenc Gerdesits. At thematic events, the band likes to surprise its audience with real treats, and in recent years many artists have been guests at their concerts, including Joe Rudán, Egon Póka, Zsolt Horváth, Bertalan Hirleman, Ádám Pettik, or Mark Clarke, for example.
At Lead Zeppelin's concerts, he always strives to reproduce as authentically as possible the atmosphere that Robert Plant conjured up on stage at the time. The structure of some songs is seen as just a skeleton, and even the mixing of individual works usually succeeds sensationally, for which the audience is always very grateful - this evening will be no different. Many musical surprises and improvisations are expected. There will also be rarely played compositions (e.g. Achilles Last Stand) and of course some lovely guest musicians will join this extraordinary event. ***

Few people know Who as a performer in Hungary, but at the same time their music is on the airwaves here, if we only think of the theme music of the 'CSI' series or the iconic songs of the movie 'Woodstock', not to mention the songs of the first rock opera, Tommy, or a generation anthem My Generation. For the A38 party, The Whu is preparing a real 'best of' program, offering an insight into the Who's entire oeuvre.
