Pandóra Projekt

The Pandóra Project is the formation of a young, energetic duo, Major Dorci and Zsuzsanna Janka Végh. The text-centric songs seasoned with special vocals have a basically indie-folk or ethno-pop sound, mixed with simple Hungarian folk motifs. Their first song was released in February 2021 under the title ́Aki ıtsem ́, followed by a video clip in April, which was included in the 2021 Hungarian Clip Review.

The supported band of the inaugural performance program of the Hangfollagó College announced in 2021. 2022 was the band's first busy concert year, in addition to the video clip of their song "liragórz rilárag" coming out as a precursor to their first record, they had the opportunity to play at all the major festivals, including the Bánkitó festival, Ördögkatlan, Mövésztek Völgy and the Palóznaki Jazz Piknik. In addition, there were also special concerts in the band's life: in August, they played in Budapest Park in front of Margaret Island, which was very important to them, and they ended the summer at the House of Magyar Zene and on the Akvárium terrace.

At the beginning of 2023, they arrived with their first album, the title of which is "körbe-körbe karikaka". The circle motif also appears on the album cover, on which several Dorci and Janka are dancing in a circle, and the dance is particularly important, because they want them to sing out and dance out their problems to their songs. The phrase "around-around-circle" is used in their song "pair-picker", which is about the fact that in order to discover and find ourselves, we have to discover a lot of everyone else as well. This kind of circular, repetitive process appears in all the songs on the album, because even a disappointment or a Fomo-like realization can help us find our way back to ourselves. On January 21st, they presented the album in the Fonó Budai Zeneház in Budapest as part of a Record Presentation ceremony, and then together with Margaret Island, they will embark on their first national tour.

Meszka

Balázs Meszes aka meszka has been the voice of the Punnany Massif since 2011. His solo appearance is a life beyond choruses, a high existence above the vocal clouds, synthesizing everything from reggae to pop, from rap to folk.
