New talents show up in the music-literary crossover series of the Petofi Literature Museum and the A38 Ship. The Deck series will feature leading-edge authors who will be performing on stage with an emerging band - on September 10, Dóra Vöröskéry, Gábor Dávid Németh and GranCanada will be our guests. What is worth knowing about them?

Born in Békéscsaba, Dóra Vöröskéry is studying social work in Szeged, her first volume is titled Flightless Birds. She loves chocolate, monsters and frogs.

Gábor Dávid Németh is a poet and editor from Budapest, and is the leader of the Successful Hungarian Artists' Project on the art portal. His first volume titled Banana and Dog was published in 2017.

Eight-member GranCanada, formed in the fall of 2018, will perform with and after them. With their first release on the horizon of R&B, soul and hip hop, the band released their favorite part in spring that put them on the map with their single. Their music, based on the aesthetics of the American coastal palm tree and the sultry breath of life, is guaranteed to take us back to the summer.

The event is edited by SoundCam Productions and Anita Szente from PIM.
