With their first full-length album We Bless This Mess led by Portuguese guitarist-violinist Nelson Graf Reis return to A38 Ship. Nelson and his orchestra who have proven this year at the Sziget too are going to present their new album titled "Awareness Songs and Side Stories" at the A38 Ship. This great guy moving in punk rock and folk / americana genres is an inescapable artistic phenomenon: besides music he skates and tattoos - although the latter is clear from the ink used at his forehead.
The album conveys Nelson's attitude toward life: his punk culture toolkit shows that less is sometimes more and we need to learn to positively approach the only life we've got. "We live and breathe. These are the greatest gifts in the world, we have to enjoy them, " - explains the album's great simplicity and opimism.
We greet Nelson as a returning guest at the A38 Ship this November: his solo production and the The Melonas founded jointly with Ivan & the Parazol have already been presented here. This time he plays with his orchestra at the Exhibition Space, where we can follow the concert in a friendly atmosphere from close to enjoy the new songs.
